While there's currently no cure, there are proactive steps individuals can take to improve their well-being. In this class, we'll delve into the KOPI's program's three main pillars: fostering social connections with fellow fighters, engaging in tailored physical exercises to combat progression, and providing essential mental and emotional support. Discover how to maintain the highest quality of life for yourself or your loved ones as they navigate Parkinson's. Through specialized boxing training and other exercises, we'll equip you with practical tools to "fight" against the disease's progression. Note: Comfortable clothing is recommended for participation. Join us and take charge of your journey towards a healthier, more fulfilling life.
